Parviz Ibadullayev was born on 3 May 1972 in Baku, Azerbaijan.
In 1989, he enrolled in the evening program of the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy, majoring in Information Measurement Technology. He graduated in 1997 with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
He began his professional career in 1989 as an electrician at the Leninneft Oil and Gas Production Department. On 4 March 1997, he joined the Qum Island Oil and Gas Production Department as an engineer.
From October 1997 to March 2021, he held various positions at bp Azerbaijan, including Technician, Engineer, Lead Engineer, and Consultant.
From 9 June 2021 to 15 August 2023, he served as Deputy Head of SOCAR’s Marketing and Economic Operations Department.
Since 15 August 2023, he has been serving as Deputy Executive Director of SOCAR Midstream Operations LLC. Since 2025, he has also been acting as the Head of SOCAR’s Oil Pipelines Department.
